12000 steps & intermittent fasting: Day 2 - Work & A Day Trip

 Hey all. Short update:

It’s almost 12 at noon, and I’ve been fasting for the past 17 hours. I have 1.5 more hours to go, and I have to say - it’s starting to feel a bit uncomfortable.
I’m feeling a bit weak and have a slight headache (though that might also be due to the noise from a construction site - there’s an electric drill buzzing right next to my head while I’m trying to wait and work at the computer here). It’s terrible.

But I still feel good about myself. I’m drinking a lot of water - I even treated myself to a bottle of Volvic.
There’s also an interesting sensation in my throat, not painful, just… unusual.

As for the steps: I already gathered over 5,000 this morning while talking on the phone with my mum. I really enjoyed the fresh air.
Then I came back to bed because my back was somehow offended.
(I’m not an old woman though!! I’ll go through this.)

Mental capacity seems ok. I’m at the computer now, dealing with money matters. Bills.

And on a good note - I already know where I’m going for lunch at 13:00, so I can break my fast at 13:20. And I’m going to enjoy every single bite.

Yes, I did enjoy my food. And yes, I did manage my steps. Now it‘s late, I‘m finally home from the trip and writing this in order to go to bed.

😴 Sleep duration & quality: ca.5,5 hours. Way too short.
📍 Where I walked: the park of the hotel.

🕒 Time slot of walk(s): mostly in the morning, and a bit after lunch and commuting through the airports
🎧 What I was doing while walking (calls, shows, etc.): call with my mum, some work calls.
🎒 Walking ideas / improvements (e.g. accessories, mood, setup): how can I use headphones and a sun hat in the same time?
💭 Thoughts I had while walking: not so many thoughts.
🎹 Did I get to the piano today? Unfortunately not.
🥗 What I ate (vegan/non-vegan, dish types, hunger level): when I finally got to food, I had a green salad with roasted champignons and turkey, as well as some penne with cheese, spinach and turkey. Also a tartuffo ice cream and two pear juices afterwards. And later, at the airport, a freshly squeezed orange juice and some sips of a hot chocolate - until I realised it was done with normal milk which I don‘t like so much.
⏳ Fasting window: 18 hours. I got food at 13:30 noon.
💧 Water intake (approx.): probably over 2 litres.

🪞 Body changes noticed (e.g. digestion, skin, tension): face skin better; digestion very good; after eating I felt my heart beating like crazy. Before eating I had 2-3 hours of really feeling weak. Even a bit of a headache.
📈 Sentiment of productivity and happiness (1–10): 8-9
⛰️ Biggest challenge today: dealing with an - ok, I need to watch my vocabulary on a public blog.
🌱 Smallest win today: got further with almost all the tasks I had written down in my app.
🙏 Gratitude moment: I‘m home! And will sleep in my bed!
🔁 What I want to try/change tomorrow: moving the fasting window a bit in the direction of breakfast. Otherwise I might get too weak.
